Gynaecology Surgical Services Improvement Event
Apr 24, 12pm - Apr 25, 2:30pm
Women and Newborn's Health

Are you a current or former patient / family member of Gynaecology Surgical Services at the IWK Health Centre?

We invite you to participate in an improvement event!

As part of the implementation of the IWK’s Strategic Plan, Aspire, the health centre has committed to improving the experience of patients and families we serve. This April we are kicking off a new initiative with Gynaecology Surgical Services focused on improving wait times and we are looking for a few patients and families to participate!

We are hosting an improvement event to look at ways for becoming more efficient and effective in what we do. We want to engage with patients and families as partners in co-creating care delivery and future models of care. Our approach is patient centred where improvements in care and service delivery are defined from the patient and their family’s perspective.  This is why it is so important to have patient voices at the table.

Respecting your busy schedule, if you are interested in taking part we would ask if you could join us the following days and times:

Monday, April 24, 2017
from 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (lunch served at 12)
Tuesday, April 25, 2017 from 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (lunch served)
P
lease note: We would like you to attend both days if possible, however it is OK if you can only attend one of these days.  Your parking costs in the IWK’s Parkade will be covered.  If you require paid child care to attend, the IWK will reimburse you.

We hope you can consider joining us and look forward to hearing from you. If you are interested or would like more information, please contact:
